Blue Banana Playground Suppliers (Pty) Ltd is trusted nationwide for our safe, interesting and exciting play equipment and play accessories. We personally handpick all of our play equipment and stock for its novelty, innovativeness, quality and safety. We spent many months visiting dozens of factories and met personally with all our suppliers to ensure the highest quality products and craftsmanship. All factories sourced from adhere to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and safety testing certificates for outdoor jungle gyms are available on request.

Service and customer satisfaction is our highest priority, that is why our delivery teams work around the clock to ensure timeous nation-wide delivery and quality installation. Our experienced team will ensure that the play equipment is properly and safely installed and ready for use.

We offer various payment options for our outdoor range to suit every pocket and budget. Immediate pay to own option means that 50% is payable upfront to secure the order and the balance is due after delivery and installation is complete. The rent to own option requires a 20% deposit where after the balance is spread over a maximum of 12 monthly installments payable in advance for the month.

The team at Blue Banana Playground Suppliers (Pty) Ltd is happy to visit a site and to advise on how best to plan the play area, taking into account children’s ages, space and safety.

Returns Policy

If an item you have purchased does not meet your needs or expectations, we give you 14 days to return the item for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original, resalable condition, it must be returned with the original packaging including all attachments, accessories and documentation such as assembly instructions. All promotional or free items that were part of the purchase must also be returned for a refund.

Warranty

Outdoor fun jungle gyms and trampolines have a warrantee of 2 years against defects in the materials and workmanship on all plastic and steel parts. A 1 year warrantee is given on defects in materials and workmanship on all soft and rubber parts. Any damage caused by improper use, misuse, abuse, faulty installation or mishandling or damage in transit or at the time of assembly is not covered by the warrantee. Any regular wear and tear as a result of use, sun damage or rust is not covered by the warrantee.

Liability Waiver

Blue Banana Playground Suppliers (Pty) Ltd does not accept any responsivity or liability for for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever caused by the use or installation of its products. All items are to be used in accordance with their purpose and under strict adult supervision.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the specification complies with any relevant conditions of title, laws and / or by-laws or Regulations and no warranty in this regard is made by the Blue Banana Playground Suppliers (Pty) Ltd.
